About the Role
We are seeking a new colleague based in Saudi Arabia to cover our operations in the region. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of our solutions across all your assigned client accounts in the Middle East and Africa region (MEA). Your primary responsibility is to oversee the installation of Traffic and demographic metrics systems in all new Shopping Mall and Retail store openings and refits.

What You Will Do
- Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems.
- Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors, and internal planners.
- Deliver projects on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Manage risk, changes, resources, and costs; monitor actions.
- Ensure compliance with project management and health & safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across processes.
- Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover.
- Strive for right-first-time installations; capture learnings and reporting.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
What We Look For
Required
- Communication Skills: Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Qualifications: Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Customer Service: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- IT Knowledge: Good working knowledge of IT and network infrastructures.
- Organizational Skills: Organized, methodical, and process-driven.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills.
