Project Manager - Retail Technology (UAE National Only)

About
The Project Coordinator/Manager is responsible for managing projects within the Technology Division. The incumbent will lead the team projects within the respective Retail Technology team. They are accountable for ensuring project delivery timelines and budget tracking, and for escalating promptly in case of any deviations. The role involves providing status updates and efficient communications to stakeholders, managing project artifacts, arranging relevant meetings, and ensuring cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support project managers assigned for Technology projects.
• Monitor the development and implementation of plans for the design, testing, and implementation of all business requirements.
• Report the status of projects under the assigned scope of work.
• Ensure adherence to the project management framework and stage gates for the projects, and maintain artifacts in the Central Project repository.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience in the banking industry, along with a project management certification (e.g. PMP) or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio/program management skills.
• Previous experience working in a banking project environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
