Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects efficiently within scope, budget, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Improve governance and reduce operational related risks by leveraging lessons learnt from previous and ongoing engagements.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring they remain on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and document a common understanding of project requirements.
  • Manage projects and major tasks rollout, coordinating with vendors, business users, and other stakeholders to articulate and document business requirements and change requests.
  • Define project KPIs and measure them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Determine how changing business needs will affect existing systems.
  • Articulate and document business requirements for projects and change requests.
  • Provide business with the required technical support, assessments, and reports.
  • Mitigate risks and close audit points if any on the applications and processes.
  • Manage multiple initiatives and track projects/BAU requests/CRs to closure.
  • Monitor incident tickets and problem tickets, closing them before the breach of SLA.
  • Understand the latest technology trends and provide improvement suggestions for the products.
  • Review vendor proposals and provide feedback to ensure the completeness of scope and quality.
  • Provide periodic reports and monthly updates on ongoing initiatives to the business and PMO.

Key Accountabilities of the Role

  • Track project tasks, schedule, plan, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain project financials, invoices, timesheets, contracts, and renewals.
  • Prepare project status reports or other relevant reports in a timely manner.
  • Document project progress and maintain project logs.
  • Vendor relationship management skills are strongly required.
  • Convey timely information accurately and clearly to the target audience.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and oral presentation skills.
