The company is looking for an exceptionally talented Project Manager (Saudi National) to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Forecasting monthly revenue, labor costs, other direct costs (ODCs), and gross profit for the project term.
• Developing and managing the project budget, ensuring profitability, invoicing, and accounts management.
• Overseeing the establishment of various project management plans, including Health and Safety and Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Assigning responsibilities to key subordinates based on their qualifications and strengths.
• Developing career plans for direct reports and coordinating their training needs.
• Monitoring and negotiating changes to the work scope with clients and subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and securing additional work.
• Collaborating with other managers on budget, schedule, and project planning.

Required Skills:

• Ability to meet project management certification requirements.
• Effective leadership and management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Understanding of current technology and its application in projects.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field.
• 12 years of related work experience.
• Broad general technical and business background.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic (preferred for client interactions and project management).
