Project Manager (Saudi National)

The company is seeking an amazingly talented Project Manager (Saudi National) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit for the term of the project.
• Develop and manage the project budget, overseeing profitability.
• Handle project invoicing and billing, including managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Establish and oversee the Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other necessary documents.
• Monitor deliverables for adherence to project requirements.
• Assign tasks to key subordinates based on their qualifications and strengths.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships and seek additional work opportunities.
• Develop training and career plans for direct reports.
• Identify staffing plans for projects and pursuits.
• Monitor and report to management on project progress, including milestones and potential risks to cost or schedule.
• Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through Quality Assurance processes.
• Participate in business development and proposal development efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field.
• 13 years of related work experience, with at least 6 years in infrastructure work.
• A broad general technical and business background.
• Ability to meet the company’s project management certification requirements.
