Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit for the term of the project.
- Develop and manage the project budget, overseeing profitability.
- Handle project invoicing and billing, including managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Establish and oversee the Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other necessary documents.
- Monitor deliverables for adherence to project requirements.
- Assign tasks to key subordinates based on their qualifications and strengths.
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and subcontractors.
- Maintain client relationships and seek additional work opportunities.
- Develop training and career plans for direct reports.
- Identify staffing plans for projects and pursuits.
- Monitor and report to management on project progress, including milestones and potential risks to cost or schedule.
- Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through Quality Assurance processes.
- Participate in business development and proposal development efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field.
- 13 years of related work experience, with at least 6 years in infrastructure work.
- A broad general technical and business background.
- Ability to meet the company’s project management certification requirements.
