Project Manager (Saudi National)

The company is looking for an exceptionally talented Project Manager (Saudi National) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will plan, direct, supervise, and control all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions for the assigned project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Forecasting monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit for the project term.
• Developing and managing the project budget; overseeing profitability.
• Managing project invoicing and billing processes, including accounts receivable and payable.
• Establishing necessary project documentation, such as the Project Management Plan and Health and Safety Plan.
• Ensuring adherence to project requirements and monitoring deliverables.
• Assigning project plans to key subordinates based on their qualifications.
• Negotiating changes in scope with clients and subcontractors.
• Building and maintaining client relationships and securing additional work.
• Developing career plans for direct reports and coordinating training needs.
• Identifying staffing plans for projects and managing employee performance.
• Participating in professional organizations and key conferences for networking.
• Collaborating with project teams to develop budgets, schedules, and action plans.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to management on milestones and conditions affecting cost or schedule.

This is a full-time on-site position requiring effective leadership skills, excellent written and oral communication, and thorough knowledge of industry practices. Required qualifications include:

• Ability to meet the company’s project management certification requirements.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience.
