Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Project Manager (Saudi National) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time, on-site role, you will lead various aspects of project execution while ensuring technical and financial success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
  • Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, Other Direct Costs (ODCs), and gross profit for the duration of the project.
  • Develop and manage the budget; oversee project profitability.
  • Responsible for project invoicing and billing, including all accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Oversee the establishment of the Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other necessary documents.
  • Establish project requirements and monitor draft and final deliverables for adherence.
  • Assign project execution responsibilities to key subordinates after assessing their qualifications and strengths.
  • Monitor and negotiate changes to the project scope with clients and key subcontractors.
  • Market and secure additional work with clients while maintaining client relationships.
  • Develop career development plans with direct reports and coordinate training needs.
  • Identify staffing plans for projects and pursuits, and manage employee performance.
  • Participate in professional organizations and attend key conferences for networking and brand exposure.
  • Maintain current and timely change orders and promote technical and commercial excellence throughout the project.
  • Report project activity progress to management and act as the company representative during program execution.
  • Participate in proposal development for project pursuits, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Identify business development opportunities and keep current knowledge of project pipelines.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field.
  • 10 years of related work experience, with at least 6 years in infrastructure work.
  • A broad general technical and business background.
  • Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
