Project Manager (Service Management & ITSM / ServiceNow Specialist)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in Service Management and ITSM, particularly in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of relevant project management experience and a proven track record of delivering ITSM and ServiceNow projects in government or enterprise environments.

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Contract: 1 year (with possibility of extension)
Work Conditions: On-site

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 and service management operations.
• Experience managing large stakeholder groups, cross-functional workstreams, and multi-vendor environments.
• A solid background in producing detailed technical and business documentation.

Technical Skills:

• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, workflows, and module implementations.
• Strong understanding of service management, operations, asset/CMDB, automation, and digital service delivery.
• Ability to create process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and detailed service design documents.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner
• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM/CMDB/ITOM/ITBM)
• Agile/Scrum certifications (advantage)
