Position

The company is seeking an exceptionally qualified Project Manager to join our team for a flagship FIFA stadium project in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and administration of all aspects of Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM). Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with the Client's contractual, technical, and procedural requirements, while balancing schedule, cost, quality, and health-and-safety objectives.

As the Project Manager, you will report to the Project Director and act as the Client's main point of contact for assigned project workstreams, ensuring effective governance and disciplined execution in line with the PMCM Scope of Services.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce the approved Project Management Plan and associated control frameworks.
  • Plan, organize, and manage project execution to meet approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Direct daily activities of consultants, contractors, and PMCM discipline leads to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee project control functions including cost management, schedule tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Review contractor submissions and reports, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Identify and report project risks and potential issues, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain coordination between technical, commercial, and construction teams.
  • Support the Project Director in preparing formal correspondence and progress reports for the Client.
  • Ensure adherence to the Client's governance framework and maintain accurate records of all decisions and communications.
  • Promote high performance and integrity within the PMCM team, capturing lessons learned and improving project processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
  • Membership in a professional organization such as PMP, MRICS, or an equivalent international certification.
  • Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in managing major stadiums, arenas, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in leading multidisciplinary project teams within FIDIC-based consultancy environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern project management methodologies and control systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the Client’s interests and maintain alignment across delivery partners.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is expected.
