The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, program management, and business stakeholders to manage navigation-related development projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Navigation Subsystem projects from concept through completion.
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support the development of system engineering, testing, quality, and configuration management plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements, technical specifications, and organizational standards.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish effective project governance, reporting, and communication processes for leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project changes and ensure appropriate controls are in place to achieve project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct project reviews, audits, and health checks to ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices in project management.
Requirements

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Preferred
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Advanced Project Management qualifications.

Experience
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on project management experience within the Defence, Aerospace, Navigation, Avionics, Electronics Systems, or Safety-Critical Systems sectors.
- Proven experience managing complex technical or engineering development programs.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.

- Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Working knowledge of safety-critical development processes.
- Understanding of electronic systems development lifecycles and systems engineering principles.
