We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the execution of small-sized projects and support senior project managers by coordinating with various departments and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time. Additional responsibilities include performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, building estimates, and scheduling meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of projects as per contract scope, schedule, and contractual conditions.
- Collaborate with senior project managers on planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities including project handover and execution planning.
- Execute process activities in SAP and maintain documentation as per ISO and internal process requirements throughout the project cycle.
- Coordinate with project planning and document controllers to maintain updates.
- Work with Engineering and customers for timely approval of drawings and resolution of project-related queries.
- Serve as the main contact for customers regarding project issues, ensuring commitments to customers are met in accordance with the contract.
- Monitor and document change requests from customers related to project scope and obtain approvals for time extensions and additional costs.
- Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and arrange timely dispatch clearances.
- Collaborate with commercial and logistics teams for invoicing and dispatching goods.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and coordination for As-built drawings.
- Report status or progress to internal stakeholders/management, ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/energy engineering.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in Project Management in a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
