Project Manager (Technical Projects Department - GO)

This role involves managing, supervising, and controlling the development and implementation of a wide range of significant multi-disciplinary engineering projects from inception to completion, particularly concerning new plants, facilities, and modifications to existing systems. The Project Manager ensures optimal and economical project development in alignment with Shareholders' guidelines.

Key responsibilities include: leading technical inputs into proposals; coordinating design and materials specifications; managing procurement and contract tendering; interfacing with external parties to ensure adherence to codes and standards; overseeing Project Management Consultants; and directing multicultural teams throughout all project phases from initiation to commissioning. You will also initiate and approve project work programs, oversee health and safety compliance, and ensure effective administration of projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, along with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Engineering/Execution in Oil & Gas projects, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. A strong knowledge of contracts, planning, and budget/cost control, along with project management and leadership skills, is essential. Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
