Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end project delivery for Telco Services engagements, including scope definition, work planning, milestone tracking, and successful closure.
- Maintaining delivery momentum in complex, fast-moving telco environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Collaborating with architects and consultants to manage customer expectations and ensure project deliverables align with customer contractual commitments and business priorities.
- Managing project financials, including tracking revenue, monitoring costs, and providing timely reporting of project P&L.
- Identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and promoting communication across customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Leading cross-functional meetings, fostering teamwork, and driving issue resolution.
- Providing regular delivery status reports to senior stakeholders, including escalation of risks and blockers.
- Developing resourcing strategies to optimize project support and operational activities.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience managing a portfolio of large and complex projects.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to innovate under changing conditions and succeed in a dynamic matrix organization.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
- More than 5 years of project/program management experience, including large-scale complex projects.
- A Bachelor's in engineering, computer science, information technology, management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Project management certification is a plus.
