About The Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Transformation PMO (Delivery Team) to support the execution of Group-wide Transform Program initiatives. This role suits individuals who excel in structure, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management and thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment. You will work closely with PMO leadership to ensure timely project delivery, effective risk management, and adherence to governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PMO Delivery & Execution:

    • Support the end-to-end execution of Transform Program initiatives across multiple workstreams.
    • Maintain detailed workstream plans, including milestones, dependencies, baselines, and progress tracking.
    • Coordinate workstream meetings, manage PMO documentation, and ensure structured storage.
  • Governance & Reporting:

    • Ensure adherence to PMO governance frameworks and prepare reports for leadership review.
    • Monitor risks, issues, actions, and decisions (RAID) and maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely initiative delivery.
    • Support training logistics for PMO deliverables.
  • Data Accuracy & Critical Thinking:

    • Validate and challenge data shared by workstream leads to ensure quality and accuracy.
    • Identify and escalate gaps, risks, or inconsistencies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 4–6 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in large transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of PMO processes, governance, RAID management, and project reporting.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet).
  • Experience with system implementation projects (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
  • Essential soft skills: highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communication, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.

What We Can Offer You:

  • Opportunities for enriching experiences, learning and development, and diverse career paths.
  • Competitive benefits package, including healthcare, child education contribution, and flexible working policies.

We invite all applicants to apply. At the company, we celebrate diversity in thought, culture, and background and ensure equal opportunity for all applicants.
