As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of long-term technical projects and programs to ensure objectives are met according to plan, schedule, and budget in alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Project management of operational efficiency initiatives linked to key performance indicators.
- Identification and support in implementing operational improvement opportunities.
- Conducting ad-hoc and root cause analysis to derive actionable insights for the operations division.
- Management of stakeholders and effective partnerships to drive sustainable change.
- Development and implementation of change management approaches as part of project delivery.
- Support in creating business cases for cost/benefit evaluations of proposed projects to ensure feasibility.
- Monitoring and updating project work plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Communication of key messages to project sponsors and stakeholders for effective decision-making.
- Analysis of change requests and evaluation of their impact on timelines and budgets.
- Reporting of key milestones and issues to senior stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of critical areas.
- Monitoring project activities to identify and manage major risks and issues promptly.
- Contribution to the development and improvement of Project Management methodologies and standards.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of project management experience involving Microsoft and other enterprise systems.
- Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Agile) and proven knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
