Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, communicate, and support the implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
- Perform ad-hoc and root cause analyses to derive actionable insights for the operations division.
- Effectively manage stakeholders and partner with line departments to drive sustainable change.
- Develop and implement change management approaches as part of project delivery.
- Support the development of business cases for cost-benefit evaluations of proposed projects.
- Create, monitor, and update project work plans to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Communicate key messages to project sponsors and stakeholders to drive effective decision-making.
- Analyze and review change requests, evaluating their impact on timelines and budget.
- Report on key milestones and issues to senior stakeholders to address critical areas promptly.
- Monitor project activities to highlight and manage major risks and issues timely.
- Contribute to the development/improvement of policies, standards, and core process principles.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a relevant field, including at least 3 years in project management involving Microsoft and other enterprise systems.
- Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Agile) with proven knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
