Project Manager

The role holder is responsible for maintaining a robust project management system to track and monitor progress on strategic priorities, ensuring timely completion and alignment with B2B strategic goals. This includes enhancing visibility and supporting decision-making through interactive dashboards, scorecards, and decision-making frameworks while optimizing time management in addressing critical cases. The role holder will carry out duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust project management system to track and monitor progress on strategic priorities, ensuring timely completion and alignment with B2B strategic goals.
• Facilitate effective communication and implementation of GCBO decisions to relevant stakeholders across verticals.
• Foster cohesive collaboration and alignment on goals and directions through regular strategic alignment meetings with management.
• Develop an executive communication strategy that includes regular and impactful communication channels.
• Organize quarterly town hall meetings or virtual forums to foster open communication and engagement with B2B stakeholders in alignment with Business Marketing & Communications.
• Review the content of internal and external correspondence to refer it to the concerned relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in a telecommunications company.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant major related to project management.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant major is desirable.
• Additional education certifications will be considered an advantage.
