Key Responsibilities:
- Implement programme governance and drive delivery across all workstreams.
- Communicate and facilitate executive decision-making while resolving conflicts among senior stakeholders.
- Manage the integrated programme plan, ensuring outcomes and benefits tracking.
- Run governance activities, including decision logs and action tracking.
- Lead stakeholder alignment across various departments: ERM/Risk, Finance/Reg Reporting, Treasury/ALM, Business, and Technology.
- Ensure the quality of outputs aligns with regulatory and audit standards, including acceptance criteria and traceability from source data to outcomes.
- Coordinate with third parties and internal teams, and facilitate adoption into business-as-usual processes.
Required Skillset:
- 15–20 years of experience leading large, cross-functional programmes in banking/financial services (Tier-1 / D-SIB preferred).
- Proven track record in risk/regulatory and/or finance transformation.
- Strong leadership skills across multiple disciplines and experience in making senior decisions.
- Experience with enterprise data and controls, as well as technology-enabled delivery.
- Practical experience delivering analytics or Gen AI solutions within regulated banking environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required (in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
- Project/Programme certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
- Risk/regulatory credentials (e.g., FRM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
