The selected candidate will ensure that all activities are aligned with Hitachi Energy’s policies, contractual agreements, and quality standards, adhering to health, safety, and environmental requirements. The Project Manager will also be responsible for meeting financial targets and schedule commitments while establishing a clear project execution approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute projects according to contract scope, schedule, and conditions.
- Review project contracts to understand terms and risks that may impact margins and performance.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities, including project handover and execution planning.
- Develop project schedules with stakeholders and maintain relevant documentation.
- Manage the execution of processes in SAP and ensure compliance with ISO regulations.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers, addressing project issues and ensuring Hitachi Energy’s commitments are met.
- Monitor and document customer change requests and obtain necessary approvals.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), dispatch clearances, invoicing, and logistics.
- Report project status to internal management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Your Background:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in the execution of GIS or substation projects, including design, supply, and installation of high-voltage equipment.
- Experience working with customers in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to work under pressure to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
