Job Responsibilities:
- Improve governance and reduce operational risks.
- Plan, organize, and direct the completion of specific projects while ensuring they are on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document a common understanding of project requirements.
- Manage projects and major task rollouts, coordinating with vendors, business users, and stakeholders to articulate business requirements and change requests.
- Define project KPIs and measure them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Determine how changing business needs will affect existing systems and articulate user requirements and report specifications.
- Manage vendor service levels and quality of development.
- Coordinate between project and business teams during project execution.
- Provide technical support and assessments as required.
- Propose technical recommendations and improvements.
- Mitigate risks and close audit points if any on the applications and processes.
- Manage multiple initiatives and track projects/BAU requests/change requests to closure.
- Monitor incident and problem tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and provide suggestions for product improvements.
- Review vendor proposals and ensure the completeness of scope and quality.
- Provide periodic reports and updates on ongoing initiatives to the business and PMO.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support ‘go-live’ and post ‘go-live’ activities for projects.
