As Project Manager EMEA, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex customer projects across the MEA region, with a strong focus on National Grid Saudi. This full-time, in-office position is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a collaborative and results-driven project professional with experience in industrial and energy verticals, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex turnkey and milestone-based projects across the MEA region, with a primary focus on projects for National Grid Saudi, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate closely with Solution Sales, Solution Consultants, Operations, customers, and third-party suppliers to gather inputs, manage deliverables, allocate resources, and achieve project milestones across industrial and energy verticals.
- Own project financial performance, including budgets, margins, cash flow, and resource planning, while taking corrective actions as needed to maintain project viability and success.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication, effective expectation management, and structured reporting on project progress, risks, issues, and changes.
- Drive quality, risk, and change management throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring smooth project closure, handover, and capture of lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Project management expertise – You have 5+ years of project management experience leading complex turnkey or milestone-based customer projects in industrial environments, ideally within energy verticals or related critical infrastructure sectors. Experience working with National Grid Saudi is a strong asset.
- Technical and educational background – You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally with a focus on OT/IT networking in vertical markets such as power utilities, mass transit, discrete manufacturing, and other energy verticals. Experience with multi-vendor industrial application projects is highly valued.
- Tools and organizational capability – You are experienced in project management and CRM tools, including Salesforce, and can effectively manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholder expectations in a matrix organization.
- Communication and collaboration skills – You are a strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners. Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Professional mindset and flexibility – You bring a structured, proactive, and quality-focused approach to project delivery, with the ability to manage risk, change, and financial performance. You are willing to travel domestically and internationally across the MEA region as required.
