GovCIO is currently hiring for a Task Order Lead. The successful candidate will serve as the dedicated Task Order (TO) Lead for each awarded TO. Key responsibilities include acting as the sole TO focal point/interface to the Contractor Program Manager (C-PM), ensuring compliance with host nation customs and laws, managing the contractor deployed workforce, liaising with host nation sponsors to ensure entry, exit criteria, and necessary credentials for the workforce, overseeing workforce management and execution of TO requirements, attending command level meetings, reporting on TO metrics, personnel, costs, schedules, and performance to the C-PM, assisting in preparing proposals for government contract modifications, and managing requests for travel, overtime, and procurement, as well as reporting on travel and training activities.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited university, with 8+ years of relevant experience, including supervising personnel and managing complex technical programs, budgetary responsibilities and planning workload requirements, communicating and interfacing with Department of Defense (DOD) customers, 2 years’ experience managing or supervising personnel in the Middle East, and 5 years’ practical experience in military communication systems (e.g., IT, RF Communications, Satellite Communications, Telecommunications). A Secret Security Clearance is required. Proficiency in English is typically expected.
