Position

The company is currently hiring for a Project Manager/Task Order Lead in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The dedicated Task Order (TO) Lead will serve as a single focal point/interface to the Contract Project Manager (C-PM) and ensure compliance with host nation customs and laws. Responsibilities include interfacing with the host nation sponsor and overseeing the deployed workforce to meet contractual requirements, managing budgets, and attending command-level meetings. The successful candidate will report on TO metrics and assist in preparing proposals for government contract modifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Designate a dedicated TO Lead for each awarded Task Order.
  • Ensure compliance with host nation laws and customs.
  • Manage workforce entry and exit criteria including credential maintenance.
  • Oversee execution and performance of TO requirements.
  • Attend command level meetings and support military policies.
  • Report status on metrics, personnel, costs, schedules, and performance.
  • Assist in preparing proposals for government contract modifications.
  • Implement plans to maintain necessary education, experience, and certifications for personnel.
  • Submit travel, overtime, and procurement requests.

Qualifications:

  • Required Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
    • Clearance Required: Secret.
    • 8 years’ experience in supervising personnel and managing multiple complex technical programs, including budgetary responsibilities.
    • 2 years’ experience managing personnel in the Middle East.
    • 5 years of practical experience in military communication systems: Information Technology, RF Communications, Satellite Communications, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Airforce or AFCENT.
