Project Manager/Task Order Lead

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager/Task Order Lead for an on-site position located in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and designating a dedicated Task Order (TO) Lead for each awarded TO, serving as the single TO focal point/interface to the Contract Project Manager (C-PM). You will ensure compliance with host nation customs and laws, interfacing with host nation sponsors to meet entry and exit criteria for contractor personnel, and oversee management of contractor deployed workforce in executing TO requirements. You will be expected to attend command level meetings, support military policies, report TO metrics regularly, and assist in preparing proposals for government contract modifications. Additionally, implementing plans to ensure personnel possess necessary qualifications and notifying relevant parties before contractor personnel movement are part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience in supervising personnel and managing complex technical programs with budgetary responsibility.
• 2 years of experience managing or supervising personnel in the Middle East.
• 5 years of practical experience in military communication systems including IT, RF Communications, Satellite Communications, Telecommunications, and more.
• Clearance Required: Secret.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site work in Saudi Arabia.

Salary Range:

• USD $108,310.00 - USD $140,703.00 per year.
