Position

The company is currently hiring for a Task Order Lead based in Saudi Arabia. This on-site position involves coordinating and managing awarded Task Orders (TO), while ensuring compliance with local customs and laws. The TO Lead acts as the focal point for communication with the Contract Program Manager (C-PM) and is responsible for overseeing the contractor workforce's adherence to the TO’s specific contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main interface for each awarded Task Order.
  • Ensure compliance with host nation laws and customs by the contractor workforce.
  • Coordinate with host nation sponsors regarding workforce entry/exit criteria and quality of life support services.
  • Oversee contractor workforce management and ensure performance of TO requirements.
  • Attend command-level meetings at designated TO locations.
  • Support military policies and report on TO metrics, personnel, cost, schedule, and performance weekly and monthly.
  • Assist in preparing proposals for contract modifications.
  • Ensure contractor personnel maintain required education, experience, and certifications.
  • Submit requests for travel, overtime, and procurement to management.
  • Notify management about personnel movement and submit trip reports for government-directed travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing personnel and complex technical programs.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in the Middle East.
  • 5 years of practical experience with military communication systems (Information Technology, RF Communications, Satellite Communications, Telecommunications).
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement policies and procedures.
  • Required Clearance: Secret.

Salary Range: USD $108,310.00 - USD $140,703.00 /Year
