Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and monitor weekly progress updates from contractors and share with Project Director and Site Manager.
  • Review actual progress against planned targets and identify key variances.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Risk Tracker in coordination with the site team and update FIS S-Curve.
  • Review identified risks and assess their potential impact on FIS (First Inspection/Inspection activities) and project milestones, reporting findings to the Site Manager.
  • Update TOP actual progress (FIS) and forecast on a weekly basis and provide updates to the Site Manager.
  • Monitor weekly targets and identify potential delays against the planned completion dates.
  • Update the PTS on a monthly basis with actual progress.
  • Review and maintain the completion forecast based on current progress and outstanding activities.
  • Develop and monitor the Back Energization Schedule.
  • Coordinate activities and target dates to achieve completion of back energization.

Qualifications

  • University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Project Scheduler in the heavy/industrial business, preferably in the Waste to Energy/Power Plant sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements.
  • Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite applications and user knowledge of Sharepoint, MS Project, and Advanced Primavera 6.

Additional Requirements

  • Solution oriented with strong planning skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Competent at evaluating the ideas of others and skilled in negotiation.
