How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Studying tender documents, preparing clarifications and technical proposals in coordination with other stakeholders.
- Analyzing technical specifications of projects or tenders and translating the requirements into design, bill of materials, datasheets, and requests for supplier quotations as applicable.
- Applying domain technical knowledge to develop, verify, and optimize technical solutions for projects and tenders while working with relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing and reviewing design calculations, studies, drawings, and bill of materials for your field of work while providing inputs from other internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring and contributing to design progress by following up and resolving issues.
- Acting as an interface between customers and other stakeholders on technical matters, handling customer queries and responses.
- Interacting with suppliers and partners to ensure progress aligns with schedule and design deliverables.
- Verifying supplier documents for technical correctness and compliance with customer requirements.
- Coordinating with site teams on technical matters during installation and commissioning, providing guidance, and resolving technical issues.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a reputed institute. A Master’s degree in power systems or power electronics would be an added advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field are welcome.
- Understanding of power systems, high voltage engineering, reactive power compensation, power electronics, protection relaying, and control systems is essential.
- General understanding of substations, transmission networks, power generation, renewables, microgrids, battery energy storage, substation automation, and cybersecurity is preferred.
- Experience with relevant design or study software will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
