Responsibilities
- Execute the projects as per contract scope, schedule, and contractual conditions.
- Review the contract received from sales and understand terms & conditions of project contracts, including awareness of risks of negative impact on margin, performance, and risk factors.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities (Scope, Time, and Cost) proactively, including project handover, execution planning, monitoring, and control activities to accomplish project goals.
- Develop project schedules, freeze with respective stakeholders (internal and external), and prepare project-wise Master document list, maintaining the updates.
- Execute the process activities in SAP and maintain documentation as per ISO and internal process requirements throughout the project cycle.
- Coordinate with Engineering and customers for timely approval of drawings and documents and resolve all project-related queries/issues during execution.
- Act as the single point of contact and escalation point for customers regarding project issues, ensuring the company commitments to customers are met in accordance with contracts.
- Seek to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent interaction, building trust, confidence, and loyalty with customers.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to customers as per contractual requirements.
- Monitor and document change requests from customers related to project scope and obtain approvals for time extensions, additional costs, etc.
- Evaluate and identify risks in the project proactively, implementing mitigating actions and preparing project-specific risks and opportunities management plans.
- Coordinate with customers for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and arrange timely dispatch clearances, invoicing, logistics, service team installation, testing, commissioning at site, and timely payment collection along with As-built drawings, PAC, FAC, and project closure.
- Report status or progress to internal stakeholders/management with appropriate details.
- Adhere to project management processes in the organization and ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.
- Minimum relevant experience of 7 to 12 years in project execution of GIS projects, substation projects, or similar projects related to the design, supply, and installation of high voltage equipment.
- Preference given to those with experience working with Saudi Arabia & Middle East customers.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to convince stakeholders in the interest of the project.
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver projects with time, cost, and quality.
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
