Projects Manager

As a Projects Manager, you will analyze current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To-Be). Your responsibilities will include documenting workflows using tools such as BPMN, process maps, and flowcharts, as well as identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process re-engineering.

You will develop and standardize Policies, Procedures, and SOPs across departments and drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Monitoring and evaluating operational performance using defined KPIs will be essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions.

Supporting digital transformation initiatives, including automation and RPA implementation, is a key part of the role. Additionally, you will conduct workshops (e.g., process mapping, FMEA, value stream mapping) with stakeholders and prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management. Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and quality requirements is also crucial.
