What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize generative AI output quality, ensuring business-relevant, safe, and context-aware results through continuous prompt iteration.
• Experiment with prompt techniques to maximize relevance, accuracy, and safety.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries and templates, ensuring reusability and alignment with brand needs.
• Benchmark and evaluate model responses using defined success metrics.
• Collaborate with AI Product Managers and business SMEs to translate requirements into effective prompt designs.
• Integrate prompts into production workflows, ensuring scalability and stability.
• Monitor prompt performance post-deployment and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure responsible use of AI outputs, embedding bias checks, safety guardrails, and compliance with internal AI governance.
• Stay updated with GenAI advancements and proactively introduce innovative prompting techniques.
• Contribute to AI literacy and adoption by documenting prompt guidelines and training super-users.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 2–5 years of experience in data science, software engineering, NLP, computational linguistics, or related applied AI roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and common AI/LLM libraries.
• Experience designing and testing prompts for LLMs.
• Understanding of LLM architectures and fine-tuning approaches.
• Familiarity with evaluation methods for LLM outputs.
• Hands-on experience with API integration and connecting LLMs into enterprise workflows.
• Exposure to MLOps concepts.
• Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
