Property Advisor | Real Estate

About the Role
As a Property Advisor, you will guide international and local investors to the right properties, negotiate and close deals, share market insights, and manage client property portfolios from first enquiry through to after-sales. This role is commission-only, with no fixed salary.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in identifying suitable investment properties
• Negotiate and close real estate deals
• Provide market insights to clients
• Manage client property portfolios through the buying process and after-sales services

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales
• Proven track record of AED 20M+ in total sales over the last 12 months
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Fluent in English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch)
• Valid UAE driving license
