Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on residential and commercial properties in Dubai's secondary market.
- Handle transactions involving ready properties and complete property listings.
- Understand property valuations, market trends, and comparable property prices.
- Demonstrate strong sales performance by converting leads into clients and finalized transactions.
- Utilize your strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills to facilitate successful real estate transactions.
- Work independently while being self-motivated and commercially focused.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience; candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
- Solid knowledge of Dubai's secondary market, including residential and commercial properties, as well as current market prices.
- Proven experience handling ready properties and resale transactions.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
