Property Advisor ( UK, German & Middle Eastern Markets )

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Property Advisor with UAE real estate experience, a strong knowledge of the Dubai market, and a demonstrable ability to convert leads into clients and transactions. You will play a key role in driving sales within the residential and commercial property sectors across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your knowledge of the Dubai property market, including communities, pricing, and current market trends, to effectively engage clients.
• Manage property sales transactions, leveraging your experience in off-plan or secondary market dealings.
• Convert leads into clients through proactive networking and relationship-building efforts.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills in all interactions with clients.
• Work independently while being self-motivated and commercially focused.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience; candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• A strong and comprehensive understanding of the Dubai property market and its trends.
• Proven track record of sales performance and lead conversion.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time.
