Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance on both secondary-market and off-plan property opportunities.
- Utilize market intelligence and client insights to facilitate sales transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and effective negotiation.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
- Strong knowledge of the British property market or experience serving UK clients is an advantage.
- UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred.
- Off-plan sales experience and familiarity with leading developers are an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
