Responsibilities
As a Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance in the real estate market.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiating sales and lease agreements to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved.
- Staying informed about market trends, property values, and developments to advise clients accordingly.
- Collaborating with the dedicated Client Partnership team to access and promote live listings.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment (e.g., Real Estate, Car Sales, Recruitment) OR experience in a high-end service industry (e.g., Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail).
- Fluency in English.
- A valid driving license.
- A proactive can-do attitude.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet supportive environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and a passion for achieving results while fostering long-term client relationships.
