Responsibilities
- Engage in real estate sales, focusing on both residential and commercial properties.
- Identify investment opportunities and present tailored property options to clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including investors, international clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with team members to maximize success.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, property investment, or luxury sales.
- Preferred experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
- Proven ability to work with investors and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
