About the Job: The primary objective of this role is to define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization for Corporate Banking digital channels. This includes ensuring a market-leading, scalable, and compliant offering that delivers superior client experience, sustainable revenue growth, and strong returns for the Bank. The role is accountable for end-to-end product ownership across various Corporate Banking web and digital channels, including mobile applications, Host-to-Host connectivity, APIs, SWIFTNet, Open Finance capabilities, and selected third-party platform integrations. The Senior Product Owner leads prioritization of product investments, aligns cross-functional delivery teams, and ensures the product portfolio meets client, regulatory, operational, and commercial objectives across markets.

Key Responsibilities: - Own product vision and roadmap by defining and continuously refining the strategic vision and value proposition. - Lead product prioritization and delivery to ensure timely and high-quality execution. - Drive client-centric innovation by identifying opportunities to launch new capabilities or improve existing journeys. - Own commercial outcomes through the development and monitoring of business cases, revenue, and utilization goals. - Lead senior stakeholder alignment to secure support for product priorities and resolve delivery constraints. - Strengthen ecosystem and partnerships by evaluating and driving strategic partnerships with fintechs and platform providers. - Manage product performance and lifecycle by continuously monitoring performance metrics and optimizing initiatives. - Ensure governance, compliance, and control by embedding regulatory and risk requirements into design and delivery.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Minimum 8–10 years of experience in product management, digital channels, transaction banking, or related fields. - Strong understanding of corporate digital banking channels and associated client journeys. - Demonstrated experience in defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering digital products. - Hands-on experience in agile product delivery environments, with strong understanding of backlog management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
