Position

Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations in this role. You will execute the company Applications strategy throughout the territory by delivering Application Revenue Recognition (ARR) and renewals. Your responsibilities include closing business to meet your quota, ensuring proper pipeline coverage, and maximizing returns from demand generation campaigns with a focus on progression, conversion, and participation rates. Establishing strong customer relationships is key, as you will position the company's full SaaS strategic pillars around customers’ digital transformation.

You will identify new business opportunities and collaborate with existing customers for upselling and renewable business. It's essential to update sales forecasts, record activities, and build opportunity close plans effectively. You will develop long-term sustainable relationships with customers and partners, prepare for and participate in business review and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers alongside Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and act as a point of escalation for issues between the company and existing customers.

Ensuring proper onboarding and implementation with the right follow-up is crucial to maximize customer outcomes and pave the way for future expansion. You will drive account and territory planning, collaborate with Specialist Account Executives, and align forecast governance with them. Participation in large deal execution, leveraging product expertise from Sales Account Executives (SAEs) and other key sales support functions will be part of your role, as well as ensuring pipeline health and related activities to grow in a specific area. Collaboration with supporting functions and ecosystem partners—especially Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and Customer Success Managers—is expected, along with cross-line of business collaboration to drive customer success.
