About the Job
As a Public Sector SaaS Account Executive at Oracle, you will contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations within the Sharjah territory. Your focus will be on executing Oracle Applications strategy to deliver Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and renewals. You will play a key role in closing business and delivering quotas against targets.

You will establish strong customer relationships to position Oracle’s full SaaS strategic pillars around the customers' digital transformation. This includes identifying new business opportunities, partnering with existing customers for upselling opportunities, and ensuring proper pipeline coverage. You will also prepare for and attend business review and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers, ensuring the onboarding and implementation partner maximizes customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Oracle Applications strategy throughout the Sharjah territory
  • Deliver ARR and renewals
  • Close business and deliver quota against targets
  • Ensure proper pipeline coverage and get the most return on demand generation campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities and partner with existing customers for upselling
  • Update sales forecasts and build opportunity close plans
  • Develop long-term sustainable relationships with customers and partners
  • Drive account and territory planning
  • Collaborate with Specialist Account Executives and other key sales support functions
  • Participate in large deal execution and manage pipeline health

  • Strong performance drive and execution
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements
  • Ability to analyze potential customer requirements and position Oracle application solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Confident communication across multiple organizational levels, including C-Level
