  • Lead the technical deployment, upgrade architectures, and legacy-to-TeamMate+ migration strategies for mid-to-large scale client environments.
  • Oversee the functional blueprinting and advanced configuration of the TeamMate Audit Management software to align with client risk frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, managing expectations, delivering customer excellence, and proactively identifying business development or upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the internal escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating directly with the global TeamMate support desk to troubleshoot high-priority systems or database conflicts.
  • Design comprehensive training curricula and lead workshops for client system administrators and power users.
  • Supervise the accuracy of client contact databases, implementation logs, and sales enablement support records.
  • Architect and execute technical installations and cloud/on-premise deployments of TeamMate for high-profile clients.
  • Manage and de-risk complex data migration processes for clients transitioning from legacy TeamMate systems to the TeamMate+ ecosystem.
  • Design, build, and customize advanced Audit report templates using TeamMate report authoring tools and integrated analytics platforms.
  • Own project timelines independently, demonstrating strong leadership in resource coordination and milestone delivery while collaborating with Risk unit management.
  • Troubleshoot intricate infrastructure, server, and database issues, ensuring rapid resolution of client day-to-day blocks.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships through executive presence, delivering strategic post-implementation reviews to enhance the overall profile.
  • Support management in proposal development (RFPs) and scoping technical requirements for prospective clients.
  • Exhibit an advanced, architecture-level understanding of web-based systems design and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Microsoft Web Servers (IIS), Windows Services, and web application hosting.
  • Apply advanced proficiency in MS SQL Server administration, relational database design, and SSIS package deployment/troubleshooting.
  • Ensure a strong command of application-level security, network protocols (SSL/TLS, load balancers), and operating system hardening.
  • Utilize exceptional diagnostic, root-cause analysis, and critical problem-solving skills in high-pressure client environments.
  • Communicate excellently in written, oral, and presentation formats, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple project streams simultaneously, demonstrating readiness to pivot dynamically to meet client deadlines.
  • Be prepared to travel locally and regionally as required by project scale.

What Will You Bring?

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with Audit tools or GRC tools.
