The ideal candidate will be accountable for the design and development of internal products, leading a team of software engineers, and fostering skill development among their direct reports. They will seek continuous improvements in established processes and ensure that business needs are met to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
- Track record of outstanding results in previous roles.
- Experience with software development in a high-level language (e.g., Golang, Python, Java).
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Performance engineering and SRE experience.
- Experience with data governance, data engineering, or data science.
