Job Description:
As a QA and Testing Analyst, you will:
- Design and implement a scalable and maintainable TOSCA-based test automation architecture aligned with enterprise application landscapes (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and user journeys for test planning and execution.
- Develop detailed test strategies and plans, ensuring full test coverage across functional, integration, API, and system testing phases.
- Identify and automate critical business processes and use cases, validating integration points using TOSCA.
- Perform risk analysis to mitigate potential failure points affecting customer experience or operational continuity.
- Develop and execute both manual and automated test scripts using TOSCA.
- Log, track, and manage defects, providing detailed reproduction steps and collaborating with development teams.
- Generate comprehensive test reports and dashboards, presenting findings to business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across international teams using Agile methodology.
- Provide operational support, including enhancements and defect fixes.
- Mentor junior team members in test automation best practices.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- Certified professional in Test Automation (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA Certified).
- Expertise in Tricentis TOSCA for GUI, API, and database testing.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems integration testing.
- Strong understanding of integration testing techniques.
- Experience in manual and automated testing of business-critical workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience in defect lifecycle management using Jira or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in test reporting and dashboard creation.
