Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA function strategically, aligning its goals with the broader business vision.
- Identify potential blockers and risks to ensure smooth delivery across products and platforms.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation, resolving conflicts and streamlining communication across teams.
- Define and implement KPIs for the QA function to measure and improve performance and product quality.
- Help teams tackle complex technical problems leveraging your expertise.
- Identify skill gaps within the QA function and support effective scaling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in testing tools and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement through innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in defining and implementing QA strategies and KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and low code/no code tools (e.g., Cypress).
- Solid understanding of agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience scaling QA teams and overseeing recruitment efforts.
