Job Description:

• Must Have:

  • Experience as QA Consultant in implementing QA strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for enterprise projects.
  • Experience in setting up quality processes and quality gates at all phases of SDLC.
  • Experience in leading test cycles, including test estimation, resource planning, and scheduling.
  • Experience in agile testing concepts such as "shift left" and early testing.
  • Experience in defect management, organizing defect triage meetings, and conducting root cause analyses (RCAs).

• Good-to-Have:

  • Experience in non-functional testing (performance, security, usability, etc.).
