Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess application potential by testing the compatibility of new programs with existing systems and ensuring adherence to application objectives, specifications, and QA standards.
- Develop application test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications as shared by the Product/Solution/Technology teams.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests for new and existing application solutions developed by the Product Department.
- Perform system stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing (as relevant) for all new products, solutions, and modifications.
- Assess application security controls and ensure adherence to data integrity standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing software quality assurance and testing.
- At least 3 years of testing experience in a product development organization or analytics industry.
- Experience with web application testing using popular tools/frameworks such as Postman, SoapUI, Robot, Selenium, and Cypress. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, and QC.
- Programming skills are a plus, specifically in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with big data and AI products (data quality, data mapping, data cleaning, SQL jobs, Spark, ElasticSearch) is a plus, with at least one year of experience in one of the listed technologies.
- Knowledge of tech-ops tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Shell, and cloud services is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile development methodologies in an AI service organization or analytics industry.
