QA Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

As a QA Engineer at the company, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans for backend microservices. Your key responsibilities will include: conducting performance, load, and stress testing to identify system bottlenecks and scalability issues; debugging and tracing long call chains across distributed microservices to identify root causes in complex service interactions; developing and maintaining scalable, reusable test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and regression coverage; and utilizing logs, metrics, and distributed tracing tools to diagnose performance degradation and systemic issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend QA for large-scale systems, with solid exposure to distributed architectures and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, database validation, and performance testing.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
• Deep understanding of asynchronous processing and message queue systems.
• Strong debugging skills for analyzing complex call paths and identifying performance hotspots.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Chinese is required.
• Experience in the lending industry is a strong plus.
