QA Engineer - Payment

The company is a leading UAE-based consumer technology company focused on building the digital infrastructure of everyday life, particularly in AI-powered fintech, communication, and digital services. Their flagship platform, BOTIM, combines secure VoIP with action-based AI and financial tools, serving over 150 million users worldwide.

As a QA Engineer for Payment, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payment products through thorough end-to-end functional and non-functional testing across mobile, backend, and payment systems. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure the stability, security, and compliance of third-party payment workflows and related financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing for mobile apps, ensuring the security of payment transaction flows.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices and compliance regulations.
• Identify potential flaws and security risks during business processes.
• Perform backend API testing and database validation to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in Agile projects, aligning QA processes with development cycles.
• Stay updated with relevant security guidelines and compliance standards in the payment and telecommunications industries.

Job Prerequisites:

• Proven experience in the payment and mobile app industry with a strong focus on QA.
• Familiarity with security methodologies and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
• Experience with end-to-end mobile app testing (functional and non-functional).
• Strong analytical skills to identify business vulnerabilities and risks.
• Hands-on experience with backend API testing and database testing.
• Experience in Agile environments, actively participating in sprints.
• Familiar with third-party payment systems and workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
