QA Engineer

About the Job
Unikie is actively seeking an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in Test Automation and Network Security to join our Security Team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves testing planning and management, with a focus on understanding both the network stack (including Wifi, SDR, L-band, and LoRa) and the security stack (MACsec, IPSec) to create functional test cases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating and automating processes for software development teams, utilizing tools like Robot Framework. Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or shell scripts is also required. Familiarity with Traceability and Requirement Management tools like Doors or Jama is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities are crucial for success in this position.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with testing planning and test management
• Understanding of the network and security stacks
• Experience with integration and automation using Robot Framework
• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, shell scripts
• Familiarity with Traceability and Requirement Management tools (e.g., Doors, Jama)
