QA Engineer - Saudi National

Parsons is seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will perform quality activities on complex projects to ensure that the products and services provided comply with customer and Parsons' quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Parsons’ Quality Systems, using the ISO 9001 Standard for process development, optimization, and training.
• Establish and conduct Quality Systems audits, facilitating corrective actions as necessary.
• Perform independent audits across various areas including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze findings from audits to identify program quality and performance trends.
• Support a uniform Corrective Action/Preventive Action program to track non-conformances and audit findings.
• Prepare quality manuals, plans, and procedures, and review documents for quality compliance.
• Provide management support for quality activities with internal and external organizations.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geology Engineering.
• Minimum of 7+ years of related work experience in the field of Quality, particularly in infrastructure projects.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) and other related certifications (ASQ, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is assumed, given the nature of the work and communication needs.
