Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end QA delivery for Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Digital Portals.
- Validate omnichannel customer journeys, ensuring a seamless user experience across web, mobile, and digital touchpoints.
- Oversee testing of customer communication platforms, self-service portals, and digital service channels.
- Manage validation of Call Center/IVR systems, Chatbots, SMS gateways, and other automated customer service channels.
- Ensure robust integration testing across e-Channels middleware, APIs, and digital authentication platforms.
- Drive automation initiatives and improve test coverage across digital banking applications.
- Ensure responsive design and conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
Experience Required:
- 7–9 years of experience in Digital Banking, Mobile Application, or E-Commerce QA.
- Minimum 3+ years leading or managing digital test execution teams.
- Strong experience in customer-facing digital platforms and omnichannel applications.

- Location: UAE (Sharjah)
- Notice Period: Immediate to a maximum of 30 days.
